The Activity History section shows the history of activities performed on your shipments. This helps you identify any issues related to previous shipping actions or changes, such as incorrect orders or updates.

The View Activity History area allows you to view all activity logs for a shipment in a single location. You can also view multiple shipments at one time by clicking "Show All" in the top right corner of this area.

Activity Logs allow you to review all events that have been logged during an order's lifetime, including:

Order creation date (dd/mm/yyyy)

Shipment created date (dd/mm/yyyy)

Shipment status (shipped/undeliverable/rejected/cancelled)

Shipping address (company name, street address and zip code)

Customer name and email address
